Campfire Pizza


  • Large tortillas or pitas
  • Pasta sauce
  • Mozzarella cheese (shredded or thinly sliced)
  • Other toppings such as pepperoni, onion, mushrooms, peppers


Place your pita bread on a large skillet and spread some tomato sauce onto it, then add mozzarella and other toppings that you like (and have on hand). Cover with a lid and place over hot coals until cheese is melting, but not long enough to burn the bread (most likely 5-10 min).
